I've spent 20+ years in corporate and entrepreneurial settings, constantly working with people and teams from diverse backgrounds, with different education, experience, qualifications and trades.

Since 2005, I have been working mainly in roles that support team building and team development processes. In parallel, I organise individual and group sessions where we work on various objectives that aim to help people in processes of change and to develop personally and professionally.

We recently launched a comprehensive wellness program that focuses on increasing personal resilience in the context of current times that challenge us physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally and motivationally to sustain an accelerated pace of change on all levels, and the overuse of technology diminishes our cognitive capacity and deep connection with those around us. ȊIn discussions with my clients, it is often not a lack of information that prevents them from achieving results in the areas they are concerned about, but a lack of clarity, structure, simple practices and consistency in pursuing their goals.
