First interaction
We schedule the first discussion: by phone or online where we get to know each other, you describe the context you are in and the areas you want to focus on at the moment.

Decision
You decide you want to work together and sign the contract.

First meeting
We analyse your current context to understand where you are right now, where you want to be, in what time horizon and how you can get there.
We set our programme goals together and create the plan to achieve them.

The meetings set
We meet regularly, every one or two weeks, for an hour.

Working tools
During the sessions, we work out together which tools you can use to accelerate the change processes. It is important to set aside time for exercises and homework between sessions. Are you ready?

Assessment and accountability
We constantly evaluate your progress and the results you achieve. I'm here to make sure you stay focused on the goals you set and take responsibility for achieving them. We work together to overcome any obstacles. And we find alternative solutions to achieve your goals in the way that works best for you.
